She has 200 & 300 hour certifications, as well as certifications in Yin Yoga, Hot Yoga, Kids Yoga, Restorative Yoga, & Prenatal Yoga. Lauren's classes are a combination of static/dynamic poses and flows, and are catered to the wants and needs of the students. There are modifications as well as levels of progression, making Lauren's class a great option for any level practitioner. She believes that each physical body is different, and that knowing how to test your boundaries safely is equally as important as knowing when to scale things back and take it gentle. Every day is a new practice, and paying attention to your body's needs is always of highest priority.
