Lauren Golden

She began teaching yoga in 2022, but her roots in embodied movement go back much further – she taught dance for eight years beginning in 2003. Today, she blends that somatic wisdom with mindful yoga practices to help students return to their true, balanced, peaceful state of being.Lauren is dedicated to creating inclusive, compassionate spaces where all bodies are celebrated, and where yoga becomes a practice of listening to and honoring the body’s innate wisdom. She specializes in supporting those who may not feel at home in traditional group settings, offering personalized, judgment-free sessions that meet students exactly where they are.Her teaching invites calming, grounding, and self-awareness. She supports students in practices that strive to foster emotional balance, resilience, and a deeper connection to themselves.Based just north of Orlando, Lauren offers group classes and private sessions. She is dedicated to helping students reconnect with themselves through mindful movement, breath, and rest.
