She completed her first 200Hr Power Yoga Certification at CorePower Yoga in 2014 and soon after a second 200Hr Hot Power Fusion and 50Hr Yoga Sculpt. In her classes, she helps students reach their full potential by instructing to all levels. Be prepared to work up a sweet sweat in thoughtfully sequenced classes with curated music that hits the vibe. She now leads 200HR and 50Hr teacher trainings at Corepower Yoga to help new teachers find their authentic voice.
