Lauren shares her Practice as a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200, YACEP) in Vinyasa based methodologies, as recognized by the Yoga Alliance.
She pursued her Yoga training and certification in Chicago from Registered Yoga School (RYS); CorePower Yoga. She danced for Sheffield School of the Dance Company in Alabama, and studied at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp in Michigan and The Joffrey Ballet of Chicago. Her education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Arts, Entertainment and Media Management with a focus in Fashion Merchandising from Columbia College Chicago and a Master of Science in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago. In 2013, Lauren was invited to be a member of international business honors society, Beta Gamma Sigma. As a dedicated Yoga practitioner and dancer, Lauren offers group and private Yoga and dance instruction. Lauren guides from a respect for learning and individuality in relationship to mindset, and leads a dynamic approach in invitation to Practice.
