Lauren Franklin - Smith

I am so very excited to be walking a yogic path and sharing my journey with you. As a mother to five children, yoga has helped me develop the skills to navigate through life with such a large family. As my own practice became more frequent at home I became aware of how receptive my children were to yoga. Subsequently, the more we incorporate yoga in our home the more have seen a beautiful change in our family. My children have been my great teachers. I became enamored with yoga philosophy which encouraged me to expand my studies. I have completed Yoga Teacher Training 200 through the Yoga and Ayurveda Center, as well as YTT200 through Yogamu and Bhakti Yogashla. I have also completed YTT200 kundalini and am currently working towards my 300. I am a certified meditation teacher as well as a Reiki II practitioner. I enjoy working in my garden, reading, and having a good laugh at every opportunity.
