I am passionate about utilizing somatic movements and breath with my clients to nourish and soothe their nervous systems and safely process unresolved trauma. I feel immensely grateful to live near one of the most beautiful beaches. I love being in nature whether it's a walk around my neighborhood, swimming in the ocean, or hiking in the mountains. I feel most connected to myself and to the word in these moments! I enjoy being creative with art, crafting, or planning and hosting get togethers with friends. Pinterest is, in my opinion, the best app ever invented! My spirituality is important to me. I find so much joy in connected with the highest version of myself through intuitive readings, journaling, and meditations.
