She first obtained 200 hours of yoga teacher training through The Lotus Pond of Tampa FL in 2013, then an additional 300 hours of training in India at Rishikesh Yog Peeth. She holds her 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification as a Yoga Alliance accredited yoga teacher.
