Yoga saved me.
Yoga opened my eyes to life when I felt suffocated by stress Through my yoga practice I found a light within myself. Once I connected to this light, the whole world shifted. I connected with my mind, body and spirit. My yoga classes are filled with challenging transitions and asanas to help you burn through everyday stress and be able to walk off your mat with clarity. Each practice should be as fluid as life, and shifts with each breath. Also every class should involve a smile in some way. Seriousness is not part of my practice.
