I use a combination of posture alignment and corrective exercise, yoga, Pilates, myofascial release, and traditional exercise techniques to help my participants restore their body to its functional design and improve their physical performance. As appropriate, I also layer in Reiki and other energy work, essential oils, and nutrition to balance the body.
