AcroYoga • Aerial • Flexibility • Yoga Lea grew up trying all different types of physical activity, but her main focus was dance.
As a dancer, she realized the importance of flexibility and started enjoying it the most. She later started her Yoga journey and got hooked. In 2016 at the age of 23, she opened a Dance & Yoga studio in Lebanon which is still open and run by her ex business partner. She is a certified instructor in Hatha Yoga 200hr (2017) Aerial Yoga (2017) Kids Yoga (2017) Aerial Yoga Level Up (2018) Lyra Hoop (2019) AcroYoga Level 1 (2019) Flexibility (2022) She has been teaching Yoga, AcroYoga, and Flexibility for 7 years. She has planned and led various classes, workshops, festivals, and retreats in the Middle East, Europe, and North America. During Covid lockdown in 2020, she created an online Flexibility Program that is still running with more than 100 members.
