I am an Art Therapist and have been a practicing yogi for over 25 years.
In addition to completing a 200-hour teacher training, I received my certification in Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga in 2016. I am interested in the journey of connection to one's creative inner wisdom through, yoga, movement, breath, meditation, and the art process. This interest has led me to develop transformative healing arts experiences for women in addition to regular yoga classes that offer a blend of vinyasa, hatha, and kundalini yoga practices.
