About
My passion in life is helping others to feel connected to themselves and find joy in their health and wellness.
I am currently a 200 RYT and will be graduating my 500-hour advanced teacher training with a focus on trauma-informed fully inclusive yoga and meditation practices in June 2020. I believes that yoga is for everyone and I enjoy leading both yin and yang style practices. From strong heated vinyasa, to deeply meditative and restorative practices, I enjoy teaching a diverse range of classes. When you take one of my classes, expect to have deeper roots of yoga woven into the theming of the class. Sometimes this is through storytelling and mantra, while other times it is incorporating mudras and exploring more focused pranayama. Each class is unique and led with authentic love. I love facilitating an environment that supports curiosity and playfulness in my students’ practices. I am iRest level 1 certified and I plan to pursue a level 2 certification soon. I have a bachelor’s degree in healthy lifestyle coaching and will soon begin a Master of Arts in clinical mental health counseling program. Teachers that I have studied under and who has influenced my teaching include Leslie Kaminoff, Doug Keller, Gary Kraftsow, Jason Crandall, Joe Taft, Michael Johnson and Shala Worsley.
