While practicing over the past fifteen years yoga has played an important part in Leahs life First for finding it next for loosing it and now for holding onto it She has found it is easier to move through life with a clear calm and focused mind with an active yoga practice than without She looks forward to teaching her students with breath centered movement and with the hope of cultivating joy and peace both on and off the mat Leah is a Southern California native who has recently relocated with her husband to Southern Middle Tennessee and built a log cabin in the woods She is the proud mother of two adult children She enjoys dancing cooking photography travel and exploring the natural beauty of Tennessee Leah Lee is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School RYS Leah completed her hour certification in and received her her certification in She is currently working toward her certification to become a Yoga Therapist.
