I have been a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance since 2014.
I have helped a wide variety of students and clients while my husband served in the armed forces including Wounded Warriors, those struggling with substance abuse, mothers-to-be, staff at the base navel hospital, and the base community at large. Since moving to Michigan, I have been focused on working with Hillsdale College and the surrounding area. I offer classes on the college campus and The Dawn Theater. I have a growing family, like music, nature and quiet time, and seek to bring an attitude of gratitude into whatever class I teach. I also help others find toxin-free product options to suit their lifestyles. While advanced yoga is fun, I love working with beginners and welcome all levels and ages into my classes/sessions!
