About

Leda Huta is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).

Leda took her first yoga class in 1996 and knew right away it was something worth pursuing! In 2002, she moved back to Silver Spring, MD and began her yoga practice in earnest. Leda became a RYT-200 yoga teacher, completing her teacher training at Willow Street Yoga Studio in 2010. She has been teaching ever since. Leda encourages students to focus on their own practice, free of judgment and honoring their own experience. Leda’s goal is to help her students stay aligned and connected to their breath. She feels incredibly fortunate to have learned the practice of yoga from generous teachers and to have the opportunity to work with inspiring students.
