I am an RYT-500 Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance Certified) in Boston, Massachusetts, offering a wide array of teaching services from virtual classes and workshops to private and public events, open space and outdoor practice, in-home guided practice and corporate yoga classes.
I teach heated and unheated vinyasa flow to all experience levels. My journey into yoga wasn’t always the most graceful, but it has transformed my spirit, soul and mindset for the better, forever. Yoga is for everyone. Yoga should allow you to laugh. To move. To flow. And, most importantly, to breathe. This is what I aspire to teach in every practice and I look forward to sharing it with you.
