Lees Yunits is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Lees completed her 200-hour YTT with Kathleen Keene, through Finding Inner Peace Yoga School, Quincy, MA, in May of 2008, was certified as a Reiki Master in March, 2009, became a Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra Guide in July, 2013, and achieved her 500-hour Certification at Sanctuary Studios in Plymouth, MA, on May 1, 2014. In 2022, Lees was certified as a breath coach with YogaBody. Lees currently teaches Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, breathwork and meditation at the Cultural Center of Cape Cod, in South Yarmouth, MA, as well as a Zoom Yoga class from her home studio every Friday (2023).
