Lela Skye Fox is a hour Registered Yoga Teacher who first completed her certification with Yoga Alliance in at age but received her certificate in when she was more confident teaching a hour all levels class and leading meditations  She actually made you tube videos during COVID on spiritual readings practices and meditations to calm the mind She continues to study yoga and has completed hundreds of hours of training as her mom owne Bija Yoga School  She assists her mom in teaching yoga philosophy as she loves Deities and chanting  She currently knows about % of the Hanuman Chalisa - a very diffficult chant to learn  Her favorite thing to lead is a guided Chakra Meditation Lela will continue to work on her advanced certification and fine tune her teaching skills as she works with her mom every summer on the Be the Change Project - a program for future leaders to share yoga music meditation and art with young people so that they may use healthy tools to help alleviate stress.
