I was introduced to yoga at the Greeneville/Greene County YMCA, after years of exercise classes there.
My love of yoga has become the biggest surprise of my adult life. While living in Knoxville I completed a 200 hour program led by Cindy Dollar, an Iyengar instructor. After moving home to Greeneville I am thrilled to be sharing the gift of yoga with my community. I live in a real body - I am a wife, mother of two adult sons, and teach special education during the day. My yoga classes are for real bodies, with all our aches, pains, and flaws.
