Lena Singleton is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS In I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Alabama State University in Montgomery AL I have since then been a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force I found my love for yoga through my years in the military looking for something to help me decompress from the stress of my job and to maintain physical mental and spiritual health Although I am new to teaching I have been able to practice in different parts of the country due to my duty locations such as: Bossier City and New Orleans LA; Minot ND; Lompoc CA; Great Falls and Bozeman MT; Panama City FL and the Metro STL area Yoga Teacher Training: -Hr Teaching Certification Aspire Yoga School RYS Bossier City LA.
