Lenore started teaching Yoga in but she became a Yogi in As a busy CRNA and Mom she found that yoga practice brought a different way to exercise and relax Cycling and weight training began to get less painful and recovery from both was better with regular practice Meditation and quiet saved her in her later years as children grew up and job became less a center and more a side action As an instructor since she brings her quiet and strength to the mat or the board inviting ALL levels of practitioner to find their personal level of practice leaving ego behind Lenore recently attained her hour status as a RYT by completing a hour course in addition to her present hr credential She enjoys sharing new ideas on the floor as well as the board with her students regarding experiencing and executing Yoga.
