With over 20 years of yoga practice and education, I am passionate about the transformative power of vinyasa yoga and its ability to create harmony between mind, body and spirit.
As a Certified Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT 200), my goal is to inspire and support each unique journey and foster a space where students can cultivate strength, balance and inner light. Rooted in gratitude, my teaching is centered on accessibility, mindfulness and the joy of movement, empowering students to deepen their practice both on and off the mat.
