Leslie Carleton

She owns Upper Valley Yoga (www.uppervalleyyoga.com) where you can see a full bio. UVY has pivoted to an online platform that offers about 33 livestream classes a week and, for members, unlimited access to a library of professionally shot yoga classes as well, of varying levels and styles. Leslie's first 10 years of training and teaching were Iyengar-focused, and the second 10 were Ashtanga. Her teaching reflects both lineages as well as decades of her own experience with injury and life. She is also a registered SATYA instructor with Prajna Yoga and loves to introduce people to this gentle yet powerful practice.
