Leslie's journey to yoga began as a professional snowboarder.
Yoga not only improved her athletic prowess but brought clarity and presence to all parts of her life. It became an anchor of balance as she traveled to snowboard competitions around the world. Her practice remains a beacon of light as she navigates the joys and challenges everyday life, including a recent journey surviving breast cancer. These experiences have heartened her to follow her dreams, live with purpose, revel in moments of everyday magic, to teach yoga. Her classes explore mindful movement, stability, breath, and intention to inspire her students to connect with their highest potential both on and off the mat. She believes yoga is for everyone and works to make all of her classes accessible and inclusive. She is a 500 hr RYT, dedicated student of Rod Stryker and draws from her study of Para Yoga, Yin, Restorative, Functional Movement and Ayurveda to guide students in an authentic way towards greater health, vitality and connection in all parts of their life.
