I am a Presbyterian Minister who enjoys integrating and appropriating some of the essentials of yoga into the spiritual disciplines of Christianity.
This is particularly challenging and interesting in that mind/body relationship in Christianity is has, historically, been a conflicted one. Yin and Restorative Yoga are special joys. My certifications in both Yin Yoga and a Polyvagal Informed Yoga Therapy allow for a practical relevance and a philosophic depth in the practices I facilitate. 2 dogs, 3 cats, a husband since 1996, 3 adult children, a loving church .... all make life fun.
