Leslie, a former competitive athlete and coach, has always had a tremendous appreciation and connection to the transformative power of physical activity. As a yoga teacher, Leslies’ goal for every class is to create a safe, challenging and inspiring experience where students can explore new relationships and expand the boundaries within themselves… Helping students to let go of fear, judgment and expectation in order to access the endless possibilities available on and off the mat. Leslie holds the position of Program Manager at FLEX Yoga + Barre and teaches classes for both FLEX and Corepower.
