After that first class, she was hooked! What began as a personal escape soon became a calling to share yoga’s benefits with others.While she is committed to being a lifetime student of yoga, Leslie is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of yoga teacher training with Registered Yoga School, Grace Yoga and Pilates Studio in Baton Rouge, where she deepened her understanding of mindful movement and restorative practice.She is passionate about guiding individuals—especially those traversing stress and trauma—into a peaceful, balanced practice.
