Leslie is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Leslie is also certified as a personal trainer by NASM, is an RRCA-certified running coach, a USA Track and Field certified coach, and a USA triathlon certified coach (paratriathlete and long course). Leslie is TRX-qualified in both suspension training and yoga, and holds the TRX Tier I yoga instructor certification. Leslie uses yoga as an important tool when working with athletes and fitness clients. An adaptive athlete herself, Leslie has completed 35+ marathons and ultramarathons, to include five 100-milers. Leslie also completes in triathlons and Ironman-branded events. Leslie served as a paratrooper and captain in the Army JAG Corps until she was retired as a result of a training accident, After 25 years of federal service, Leslie is a retired administrative law judge. Aside from her work as a coach and instructor, Leslie volunteers as a pro bono attorney.
