TISH HILYERTEACHER, GUIDE & LOVER OF YOGAFOUNDER OF WILD LOTUS YOGA COLLECTIVEERYT 500, YACEPTish has been on a beautiful journey of self exploration, self healing, and self love since beginning her yoga practice over 20 years ago.The transformations she has personally experienced inspire her to love and serve others through this path of work …Tish’s yoga classes are filled with love, mindful movement, conscious breathing and threads of yoga philosophy and wisdom.She also teaches yoga teacher trainings, special classes and workshops, and leads yoga retreats around the world.She believes in the beauty and power of shared experiences, and the art of gathering together in these ways.Tish completed her 200 hour and 300 hour yoga teacher training at the Asheville Yoga Center, beginning in 2004.She is also a licensed massage therapist and graduated from the Asheville School of Massage & Yoga in 2007.
Tish’s growing commitment to health and well being led her to study Ayurveda, the science of life & longevity. She completed a 600 hour intensive study of Ayurveda at ASMY in 2016.She offers a supportive and nurturing experience and loves to hold space for others to enjoy the fullness of life.Tish is incredibly grateful to be sharing her heart’s work… bringing yoga and retreats to the community and beyond.FEEL THE LOVEwww.tishhilyeryoga.com
