I utilize yoga everyday in my work as a physical therapist, as well as for my private yoga clients. I enjoy running, swimming, paddle surfing, cycling, tennis and any and everything in Nature. I am a free-lance writer and an avid reader. I love connecting with people and learning about their lives and culture.
