I began teaching in 2010 as a Les Mills Body Flow instructor at Sport & Health in Stafford. In time I began to practice and study more yoga, and realized the depth and the benefits were seemingly unlimited. I completed my 200 yoga teacher training at H-Arts Yoga Center in Fredericksburg in May, 2012. I completed my 500-hour training in April 2015 with BelovedYoga in Reston, Virginia. In May 2016 I completed a 30 hr Yin Yoga certificate training also with BelovedYoga. My favorite yoga style is a mindful, slow, Vinyasa Flow. I also love teaching Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, and just about anything else that helps people find what they need from a yoga practice. I opened Art of Balance Yoga in January 2015 at 4300 Plank Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22407 and we will be offering a 200hr Teacher Training January-June 2017. We closed during the pandemic in April 2021, and by January 2022 I began teaching yoga again at a local gym. Lili Robins is an E-200/500 Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
