Yoga has been an amazing tool that transformed her life into something more vibrant and connected. She believes that yoga helps to awaken different aspects of your being and come to know yourself and the universe in a different way. She is so grateful that she stumbled into yoga, and wants to share this gift with everyone. Creating a space of inclusivity and presence is her goal for every class she teaches. Lilly is passionate about helping people find what feels good in their bodies and helping them honor where they are in this present moment.
