Linda Chase is a first grade teacher as well a childrens yoga instructor She received her first -hour training from Samadhi in Denver and her second from NamasteWorks + Wellness with a focus on the therapeutic benefits of yoga She received her childrens yoga certification through Radiant Beginnings She is interested in trauma informed yoga therapeutic elements of yoga and mindfulness for children She feels and sees the stress caused by the circumstances surrounding a public school district and the effects of poverty on the students and families she works with daily She draws on yoga nature and great childrens literature to find peace stillness and beauty in the world and to bring that to others.
