I discovered yoga in on the East coast and have been a dedicated practitioner and student ever since My personal experience with and passion for yoga inspired me to share its powerful therapeutic benefits inside and out with others as a yoga teacher In I became a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance after receiving my -hour Yoga Teacher certification through Cloud Nine Yoga in Orange County taught by Erika Faith Calig and Mackenzie MacSween I enjoy guiding students through their practice encouraging students to focus on breath awareness and to listen to their own bodies I include a variety of asanas that build strength while increasing flexibility and balance in my classes I also include yoga philosophy pranayama and meditation into the classes to assist students in experiencing the full benefits of a regular hatha yoga practice I also completed my -hour Yoga Teacher level of certification through Cloud Nine Yoga and continue to expand my knowledge and practice of yoga studying with numerous experienced teachers from many traditions of yoga I am passionate about sharing the benefits that will naturally develop in students as a regular yoga practice is embraced I get a great deal of satisfaction from assisting students on their personal journeys toward self-acceptance and unconditional love I truly believe yoga provides a vehicle to attaining balance in life as well as enhancing a students physical mental emotional and spiritual wellness.
