Linda has had an active yoga practice for over years In addition to RYT- Linda is also Curvy Yoga Certified She is continually expanding her knowledge and incorporates that knowledge in her classes She loves learning teaching and sharing Yoga is a journey not a destination and there is always more to learn and feel She loves how incorporating Yoga into her life has made her feel: vibrant healthy balanced flexible compassionate self-acceptance and so much more Practicing all aspects of yoga not just the physical aspects has diminished her aches and pains has trained her body to relax more readily has assisted her with restful sleep and has allowed her to experience a healthy body with inner peace Linda wants others to be able to experience the same feelings She works full time at William and Mary where she offers a lunch hour Yoga for Wellness class and she is also an active Yoga teacher in her community where she regularly teaches Yoga for Wellness Vinyasa Vinyasa Gentle Flow Hatha and Yoga Fundamental classes She is also teaching Mobility Yoga and Range of Motion WOD Yin Yoga at Crossfit Stimulus Besides teaching in groups she enjoys individual one-on-one sessions While eliminating unhealthy habits is something we all strive for she does not want you to put off doing Yoga because you feel you are not ready Introduce it into your life listen to your body dont judge yourself or find yourself lacking; honor your body in its current state and let Yoga transform you Lindas classes are in a body positive setting for students of all shapes and sizes Movements in class will be beneficial for your whole body your mind and your spirit Breath sequencing movements alignment and sustainable yoga poses will be performed Yoga straps or blocks may be used to increase awareness of breath flexibility strength and support for your body.
