Linda, the Founder of House of Yoga Academy and former owner of Stafford and Fredericksburg House of Yoga, brings over 19 years of experience in the new age wellness movement.
With a license as an advanced massage therapist, she completed her Massage Therapy certification in 2005, becoming a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist in VA. Additionally, Linda achieved Reiki Master certification from Don Wingate with the Order of the Red Dragon in 2005, infusing energy work into her workshops, massages, and yoga sessions. Her journey into Qi Gong began in 2006 under Jeff Primack and Supreme Science Qi Gong. Linda has since immersed herself in numerous Qi Gong and breath empowerment events and trainings, integrating this knowledge into her teachings. She started practicing yoga in 2005, fully embracing it as a lifestyle in 2012. Linda began her RYT 200 journey with the Yax brothers at Yax Yoga Concepts in 2014, followed by her 300hr certification in 2018. Having taught full-time for over 2000+ hours, Linda combines her expertise in various modalities to guide others on their journey towards higher wellness and awareness. Certifications: E-RYT 200, RYT 500, NCTMB, Supreme Science Qi Gong Certified, Reiki Master, Higher Self Meditation under Cary Bayer student of the Maharishi.
