Linda has been a yoga practitioner since 2004 and an instructor since 2011.
Linda retired from Merck in 2017, where she was CEO and President of Telerx, a wholly owned subdivision of Merck. She left her life of 60-hour workweeks and traveling the globe to focus on Family, Friends and Yoga! Linda completed her 200-hour certification at Verge in 2011. Many years of training and teaching led Linda to the practice of Bikram in 2013. In 2020, she went on to earn her 500-hour teaching certification in Thailand through a five-week intensive 26/2 (Bikram) training. Linda enjoys teaching Vinyasa Flow, Bikram, Hot Pilates and various other styles of movement.
