Linda Trinidad is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS I also am a certified LVChair Yoga instructor with hours of teacher training although I am not able to count those hours here because I was trained before I got my RYT hours I work mainly with Seniors + and the Special Needs Population I believe Yoga should be fun and accessible for everyBODY!
