In addition to the Yoga Alliance credentials Linda has been studying yoga since She completed her Master of Arts in cocentrating on Ayurveda and Yoga Philosophy Upon completion of her Masters she became a certified yoga teacher She started teaching workshops on Yoga and Ayurveda at Omega Institute the same year as she opened Shakti Yoga of Woodstock She expanded her studio offerings to mutiple location making yoga accessible and affordable to those in communities outside of Wodostock NY She has taught internationally and nationally where she has been involved facilitating other teacher training programs.
