My philosophy of teaching yoga is very simple I genuinely want to share this beautiful practice that I completely love with as many people as possible This love of the practice and teaching has me continually learning and always curious As a result of this love and curiosity I have acquired a RYT certification Additionally I have acquired several other certifications in Reiki and Chakra work Did I mention I just love this stuff? My curiosity of all things yoga creates a strong foundation for my yoga lesson planning I have a great way of piecing together a curious energetic practice with love and respect for all.
