Throughout Lindsay's life, she has found that navigating through hardship and love with holistic wellness has greatly impacted her.
Lindsay enjoys learning about different ways to take care of her mind and letting the body follow. Lindsay started practicing at home and soon after went out and took classes. From the first class she's taken, She knew she wanted to share this euphoria she felt with everyone around her. It’s always been important for her to be able to communicate this euphoric feeling through breath carrying out our movements. Interested in all the things it encompassed, craving to know more, she decided to enroll into a 200 hour vinyasa teacher training at Bhakti Barn. After a beautiful 6 months, learning more than she ever imagined She was eager to teach. Lindsay’s passion is to help people understand everything that is already within them. It is her goal to add to the safe space for people to come and practice surrounded in love and community
