Lindsay Zinger

I teach Hatha Yoga with focus on building confidence, allignment, and spiritual encouragement. I am a hair stylist and am always trying to incorporate my teaching in supporting my body behind the chair and help my co-workers support their bodies with helping them with posture and positing during our busy days. I currently resign in WNC and teach donation based classes at The Gathering Room. I am hoping to add classes in other studios in the area!
