Lindsay grew up in Niantic, Connecticut as a multi-sport athlete and discovered Yoga in 2009.
She completed her Vinyasa RYT-200 teacher training at SOHO Yoga in Los Angeles, California and began teaching yoga in 2018. Lindsay teaches Health and Physical Education, with an emphasis on Yoga, for District of Columbia Public Schools at Amidon-Bowen Elementary School. She holds a Master of Science degree from American University in Health Promotion Management and Bachelor of Science degrees in Physical Education and Sport and Leisure Management. She combines her passion for health and movement in her Yoga classes and nurtures the mind/body connection. Lindsay’s classes will leave you feeling sweaty, energized, and strong!
