Lindsay Rothschild

I use a holistic approach in my practice and focus on the uniqueness of each individual. In addition to my study of Holistic Nutrition through the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, I also studied Trauma Conscious Yoga at the Trauma-Conscious Yoga Institute and received a certification in the Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method (TCYM). I have since dedicated much of my life to expanding on these practices. I have completed training in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) through the Psychedelic Coalition for Health and most recently completed EMDR training through the Institute for Creative Mindfulness in 2022. I enjoy working with clients who are open to incorporating somatic therapies such as breath, movement, and meditation with more traditional psychotherapy techniques including EMDR and Narrative Exposure Therapy. My training as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and over a decade of experience working with trauma survivors has afforded me a rich understanding of the powerful impact of trauma on the mind, body and soul. Healing is a journey that begins with a commitment to yourself.
