I'VE BEEN CALLED THE INTENSIVE CARE BEAR. I began practicing yoga because I had a boss who I found to be extremely irritating. If I didn't go take a class and explode sweat all over my mat, I would have gone home and blown up my life. As I was getting physically stronger and saving my life from emotional war, the practice had changed me such that I realized that I also had to share this practice with other people. I became a teacher. After some time, my inner voice began to speak again and I knew I had to share this practice even more. I became a teacher of teachers. And, I got my training as a Life Coach to inform my teaching of teachers. My life is for love and connection as a platform for leveling-up. If you want to up-level your life, I'm here for this. Intensely. Intensely, because I care about you. I will push you to hold your chaturanga longer than you want to. I will empower you to look at where your life is not where you authentically want it to be. And I will support you to be your best self - as a creation, not a concept.
