A forever student of yoga, Lindsey is fascinated with yoga philosophy and the asana practice in all its forms.
She is a Yoga Alliance certified instructor and a crystal and reiki energy healer. She desires to inspire others to explore the intimate connection between mind, body and breath to help nourish the soul. Lindsey hopes to cultivate an awareness of the divinity within all things, drawing inspiration from the world around her and channeling it into her teachings. She borrows from her deepest and most passionate interests (nature, music and relationships) to foster a sense of community and interconnectedness through asana. Lindsey is currently an extended yoga program at Loyola Marymount University. She is a forever student of yoga and has studied it extensively. Utilizing compassion as the foundation, she hopes to integrate the restorative benefits of yoga and make it feasible for students of all levels. Lindsey aspires to make a difference in peoples’ lives and intends to follow her dreams by sharing her love of yoga with others.
