Lindsey is a passionate yoga instructor dedicated to connecting with others and enriching the human experience.
Her journey with Hot Yoga began 18 years ago. igniting a profound love for the practice. This passion drove her to deepen her knowledge and skills, culminating in her Hot Yoga certificate in 2017, a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in 2023 and Kriya Teacher Trainings in 2022 and 2024. In her classes, Lindsey skillfully guides participants to explore their physical and mental boundaries within the hot series, empowering them to tap into their inner strength and resilience. A transformative personal shift occurred when she discovered Kriya and Meditation, which further enriched her practice. Lindsey's Kriya classes offer a unique opportunity to harness essential oil frequencies, facilitating personal evolution and focused energy. Through her teachings, she fosters a supportive environment where individuals can embark on their own journeys of self-discovery and growth. Lindsey is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
