Hello! I am an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
I trained at 7 Centers Yoga Arts in Sedona, Arizona (RYS) and have been teaching for over 16 years. I teach both in person and online, and I am the owner and founder of Lindsey Marlin Wellness: Transformational Body & Vocal and Creative Wellness Coaching. I teach Basic Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Gentle Yoga, utilizing blocks, straps, yoga rolling balls, and/or foam rollers for support or fascial release as necessary. Along with Yoga Services, Lindsey Marlin Wellness: Transformational Body & Vocal and Creative Wellness Coaching offers Coaching, Reiki, and Speech-Language Pathology Services. As a Transformational Body Coach, I teach professionals who feel exhausted and trapped in their bodies to feel energized, confident, and excited to get out of bed every morning without wishing the day were already over! As a Vocal and Creative Wellness Coach, I also teach professionals and children who feel overwhelmed and creatively blocked to feel more secure, spontaneous, and successful so that they can start living a life of full artistic freedom. I incorporate Coaching into all of my Yoga Sessions, taking the experience beyond asana (postures) to discovering what you want in life and believing that you can achieve it.
