Lindsey is an Integrative Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga Teacher Creative Writing Teacher and Poet She completed her yoga training in through the New England School of Integrative Yoga Therapeutics and is founder of Lindsey ONeill Yoga & Writing Lindsey has been teaching creative writing classes at Bostons GrubStreet since and in June completed her graduate studies in poetry earning an MFA in Poetry from Lesley University Lindsey teaches both slow-flow vinyasa and restorative yoga classes with a focus on breath alignment and embodied awareness which supports practitioners in connecting to their own sense of center She believes the tools evolution and compassionate perspective gained through a regular mindfulness-based yoga practice can inform our creative process and that both yoga and creative self-expression are indispensable art forms capable of enhancing our wellness inspiring our passion and nurturing community connection.
