My Yoga journey began in after undergoing surgery and while recovering I tried a Yoga class and fell in love I immediately began yoga teacher training to learn more about yogas possibilities Through Yoga I felt my body mind and spirit grow stronger and healthier Yoga positively transformed my life in every way and it continues to inspire me to love life and to live in the moment I am a graduate of the Yoga Teacher Training Certification RYT and also Certified in Yin Yoga "My intention for every class is to spread the joy of Yoga" Linh yinwlinh@gmailcom.
